This program is designed with the intent for you to be able to train at home, or in an area with limited equipment. Regardless of what your goals are, you need to dedicate yourself to the plan and make sure you attempt to perform each exercise to the best of YOUR ability.
In this program we are using a progressive overload method with the main objective being to get you stronger over time, and also increasing your cardiovascular ability. Both programs are FULL BODY:
A: STRENGTH
B: HIGH INTENSITY & ABS.
